Plan for the blog

I intend to keep the blog updated with a commentary on meetings, especially the guest speakers we have, our competitions, and live evening events. Our last meeting was a run through of some of the prints that have been successful in L&CPU competitions over the last year. There were some fabulous photographs, and some that had us scratching our heads somewhat. The judges literally have about 10 seconds to award a score, so some they probably don't get right. Interesting to see the kind of images that are currently in vogue though. Looking forward to the first competition of the year on the 17/04. Albeit with some trepidation, as it's also the first competition where we will be using the new software. Members seem to have coped well in uploading their images, let's hope I can operate the s/w on the night with the judge! Fingers crossed!! 😬
